Fun fact about you.
My full name is Jack Edward Cullen I wasn’t named after the vampire from Twilight, I was named after my grandfather.
Why should someone join YFC?
All of the great opportunities, making friends for life and gaining new skills.

What do you do outside of YFC?
I work for Hutchinson’s crop production specialist traveling the country supporting growers with there digital farming needs as part of our TerrMap digital soil mapping team. Outside of work I like to spend time with my black Labrador Ivy, shooting and bush beating.

What do you do for work?
I am a Senior Agronomist with Agrii plus I train students coming into Agronomy.
What do you do outside of YFC?
Shooting, Photography, Governor for Local School, Church Warden. I also enjoy watching rugby, hockey and like socialising.

What is your YFC history?
YFC started with Harmston YFC at the age of 10 held various offices in the club Chairman, sports Secretary, competitions secretary, vice president of Eastern region, Competition’s Chairman and Sports Chairman at County, there have been a few more but can’t remember them all.

How many years have you been in YFC?
I have been a member since 2012 so I am coming into my 13th year in YFC.

What is your best memory in YFC?
Trying to pick one memory in YFC that sticks out is hard. I have made so many memories over the years. From setting up a club to competing in rallies to getting through to National Finals with Heckington and Sleaford the list is endless but recently we won the County Club of the Year finals and were nominated and shortlisted for the National YFC achiever awards for Club of the Year. Having only been on the go for 7 years this is an amazing achievement for all our members!

II have met Princess Anne at Buckingham Place.
Why should someone be a member of YFC? There are so many reasons that someone should become a member of YFC. You will make friends for life, try new things that you never thought were possible, potentially land jobs in fields you didn’t even know existed and you may even find yourself a partner! YFC is unique and amazing.
What do you do outside of YFC?
Outside of YFC, I work for British Food Box. I also volunteer at the local Brownie and Guide groups to Coningsby. I have been a Girlguiding leader for about 10 years now, I started when I was completing my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh aged 14. I also enjoy spending time with my family.

I’m a butcher for work and make cider for fun.

What is your YFC history?
I’ve worked for Lincolnshire YFC since 2021. I used to be a Market Rasen YFC member. I met my husband Richard, a Billinghay Young Farmer at Wragby Young Farmers Christmas party many years ago. Richard went on to be County President. I have two children Laura and Christopher who were both Young Farmers and Laura is still involved on the Management Committee.
What do you do outside of YFC?
When I’m not working in the YFC office I can be found looking after grandchildren or on the Golf Course trying to get my handicap down.

What is your YFC history?
I’ve worked for Lincs YFC since June 2017 and it’s flown by. It’s a great job as I get to work with so many vibrant young people and I love helping them upskill and become more confident. The social side of the job is brilliant and I love nothing more than to spread the word about what a fantastic organisation it is.
What is your best memory of YFC?
Highlights of the year are the rally and the Lincolnshire Show, plus our County
AGM where we get to celebrate the achievements of our members.

What do you do outside of YFC?
In my non YFC time I have a small livery yard at home, coach riding and try to find time to ride and compete myself!
