If you are aged between 10 and 26 and want to join in fun events and have an excellent social life with people of the same age, Young Farmers is probably what you've been looking for.

"You don't have to be a farmer to be a Young Farmer!"

Really you don't. Young farmers' clubs are for everyone who is between 10 and 26 and wants to have fun. You don't need a wax jacket. You don't need wellies. We want members from all walks of life.

There is so much to do in YFC. You'll meet lots of new friends in your club, county and nation-wide.  You can get involved with competitions, socials, sports, travel, visits & talks and learning new skills; the opportunities are endless. You can do as much or as little as you like.

Each club meets regularly and has something to offer to everyone. If you would like to find out more navigate around this website or contact the County Office who will put you in touch with your nearest Club.

Emily Capps form Harmston YFC and Barry Holden Coningsby YFC who have both been training their heifers for the last couple of months in hope that one of them can take the Prize of Best presented Heifer and Best handled Heifer. After much hard work and effort Barry Holden took the 1st Prize. A big well done to Emily and Barry.
