Staff
Lincolnshire YFC operates a 'County Office', staffed by a County Organsiser and Systems Officer.
County Organiser - Angela Bruntlett
I have been County Organiser since October 06. My job role includes producing a County Programme of competitions, meeting, training and social events. I liaise with and support County Officers, Coordinators and Club Officers in their roles. I work closely with members to produce and work from the development plan which shows how YFC activities produce the every child matters outcomes. As a past member I have a broad range of YFC experience that I bring to the role.
I work full time with my hours spilt between spending time working in the County office and at County/Club meetings.
Systems Officer - Ruth Kupper
I was appointed Systems Officer for Lincs YFC in September 2008. I have many years experience in secretarial and administration work and endeavour to use my skills to help with the efficient running of the YFC Office.
As Systems Officer I deal with the issuing of membership cards, administer competition entries, compile "The Lincs Link" which is our monthly newsletter, plus any other paperwork involved in the running of Lincs YFC.
Although Young Farmers was new to me when I took on the role, I'm learning fast, having now seen a whole YFC year of activities from the first competitions in October through to the Rally and the Lincolnshire Show in June. Young Farmers certainly know how to keep themselves busy and it's great to be working for an organisation which provides its' young members with such a wealth of experience and opportunities.
